Tiffany
​
Scheduling Coordinator
​
Tiffany was born and raised in Sonoma County and moved to Redding in 2002. She has been Scheduling Coordinator for Dr. Cooley since 2013. She loves being the first person to greet and check in every patient with a smile. Tiffany is married and has two children who keep her very busy with dance, soccer and basketball. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and watching her kids play sports and other activities.

Stacey

Scheduling Coordinator

Stacey grew up on the East Coast, living in Florida for most of her life. Pursuing higher education led her to make the move to Las Vegas, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After ultimately deciding to set roots in Redding, Stacey began working at Cooley and Lamb Orthodontics in 2013. She prides herself in being a Wife and a Mother to two beautiful children, Caiden and Ava. Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports, camping, and house-boating. When at work she loves to brighten a patient’s day in any way she can!

Teressa

Registered Dental Assistant

Teressa joined Cooley and Lamb Orthodontics in 2018 and absolutely loves working for Dr. Cooley and Dr. Lamb. Teressa loves seeing the transformation in our patients as their treatment progresses, her favorite part being, when the braces are removed and seeing that beautiful smile. Newer to the Redding area, Teressa and her husband moved here from Chico in 2018. They absolutely love how friendly the community is here and hope to stay for a very long time. When not delivering stellar chairside assistance, she is a master crafter/photographer/geek. At any and all opportunities, she is either taking pictures, working in her craft room, or geeking it out watching Star Wars and playing D&D with her family and friends. She is hands down, the biggest nerd and Halloween lover you will ever meet.

Kelsey

Registered Dental Assistant/Lab Tech

Kelsey grew up in Palo Cedro and graduated from Foothill High School in 2014. While attending Foothill, she completed the Dental Assisting ROP program, and fell in love with the trade. She began working for Cooley and Lamb Orthodontics in 2016, and earned her Registered Dental Assisting license in 2018. Kelsey’s favorite part about her job is seeing people proud and confident with their smile after finishing orthodontic treatment. When Kelsey is not at the office, you will find her spending time with family at their cabin in Lake Almanor.

Katie

Registered Dental Assistant

Katie grew up in Redding, CA. She is a 2017 high school graduate from Foothill High School. Katie completed the RDA program in 2018 and has been working as a Registered Dental Assistant for Cooley and Lamb Orthodontics ever since. When not at work, she loves to cook, be outside and loves to spend time with her family.

Jasmine

Dental Assistant/Sterile Tech

Jasmine is originally from Central Oregon, she moved to Redding in 2015 and started working for Cooley and Lamb Orthodontics in September 2018. Jasmine is being trained on the job from Dr. Cooley and Dr. Lamb to become a Registered Dental Assistant. Jasmine is very excited for what the future holds with her dental career, she also enjoys helping the staff and patients with anything they stand in need of. During Jasmine's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, they enjoy pretty much anything outdoors. Some of their hobbies include fishing, snowboarding, and kayaking.

Shawntel

Registered Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator

Shawntel grew up locally in Redding. She is a 2006 Enterprise High School graduate and has been working as a dental assistant for Dr. Cooley since 2007. She earned her Registered Dental Assisting license in 2010. Shawntel loves having the opportunity to be the first person to meet every New Patient that comes to the office. She ensures they feel comfortable and confident that Dr. Cooley will give them the smile they have always dreamed of. She also loves being a member of a team that helps give people a healthy and beautiful smile. Being able to witness a person transform and see their new smile for the first time is truly an amazing experience. When not at work, Shawntel enjoys spending time with her husband Chase, and her son, Brock. You can usually find her and her husband working on home renovations, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Jewel

Business Manager

Jewel is originally from Montana, the daughter of a now-retired orthodontist/rancher. She has lived in Redding since 1981. Jewel joined Dr. Cooley as his business manager in 1992, handling the financial, insurance, and IT aspects of the practice. She enjoys having the opportunity to meet the patients and parents, and always looks forward to seeing the end result: a beautiful smile! When not at work, Jewel enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, and visiting her daughters, Kim in Corvalis, OR and Ashley, who is currently a student at Chico State University.

Karin

Registered Dental Assistant

Karin was born and raised in Southern California, but has called the north state home for 33 years. She is an orthodontic clinical specialist and has worked in the dental field as a registered dental assistant since 1987. Karin provides quality care to each and every patient and enjoys witnessing how a functioning bite and beautiful smile transforms people. Many of our patients are like family, she feels, and we give them a smile they can be proud of. That is an awesome feeling! Karin has two grown daughters and four grandchildren, whom she adores. She enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and mostly spending time with her grandchildren.

Aubrey

Registered Dental Assistant

Aubrey has lived in Redding for most of her life and has been in the orthodontic field since 2000. She joined Dr. Cooley’s team in 2005 and loves it. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making them feel comfortable during their treatment. She is grateful to have the opportunity to help change people’s smiles. When she is not at work, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and her family and friends. They have fun traveling, snow skiing, hiking, camping, and just about anything outdoors.
